We offer expert coaching to help you navigate uncontested divorces with ease. Our services include step-by-step guidance, document preparation support, filing assistance, and deadline management.

  • Basic Uncontested Divorce Coaching: $149
    Ideal for straightforward cases without military involvement.

  • Military Divorce Coaching: $199 – $249
    Includes all basic services plus specialized guidance for military members and their unique legal requirements, such as military benefits, deployment considerations, and Servicemembers Civil Relief Act protections.

We charge a premium for military cases due to the additional paperwork and expertise required to ensure your divorce process is handled smoothly and correctly.

Please note:

  • Court filing fees and service of process fees are separate and paid directly to the court or third parties; these costs vary by county.

  • Some clients may qualify for a waiver of court filing fees based on financial indigency. We’ll guide you through the waiver application process if you qualify.
