Hi, I’m Jennifer Frank, the founder of Queen Strategy. With nearly a decade of experience in education, I’ve honed key skills in organization, multitasking, leadership, and communication. From managing classrooms and coordinating projects to balancing the needs of students, administrators, district officials, parents, and colleagues, I’ve consistently had to juggle multiple responsibilities at once. My time as a department head, teacher, administrator, and yearbook advisor taught me how to stay organized under pressure, lead teams effectively, and communicate across various groups.

These experiences shaped my ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize efficiently, skills that naturally translated into virtual assistance. My journey into this field began when a close friend, an accomplished top executive, asked for my help managing projects and organizing his professional life. I quickly became the go-to person he relied on for support, and it was this experience that inspired me to launch Queen Strategy.
